Products & Personalization:

We offer both ready-made, in-stock designs and personalized products made to order.

For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (including text, names, logos, or images...at checkout, including spelling). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, image or trademark you submit for applying. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Orders & Pricing:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing (such as multi-item bundle discounts) applies only under the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Returns:

Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details on production times, delivery, and our return process for damaged or defective items.

Intellectual Property:

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding customer-submitted personalization content), is the property of NG Frames and may not be used without our written permission.

By submitting text, names, or logos for personalization, you grant NG Frames a limited license to reproduce that content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NG Frames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
